Re: Voicemeeter or Audio problem after WIN10 update

So as in my last elongated post... I decided to give the ASIO options another try. The FLEXASIO seems to be the ticket. It seems to have solved my problems. I'm not done testing as I have to sleep at some point. So A1 --> FlexASIO Config has... backend = "Windows WASAPI" [output] device = "Speakers ...

Re: Voicemeeter and Statics, Stuttering, Crackling sound

Hey, I found a fix for this I think. Made a tutorial here: https://youtu.be/71HrZfR_Fro Let me know if helps! It fixed perfectly for me. Thanks! i tried this interesting fix. And variations of the kind. Even expanding it to other audio processes. The technique seems sound. But unfortunately, it did...

Re: Voicemeeter or Audio problem after WIN10 update

Itunes... does seem to be the worst offender. A few posts ago, I was actually trying to defend it, and saying how you need to do this or that. But I'm also experiencing the same issues. I notice within Foobar/Kodi. I do not experience the same issues as I do within Itunes. I"ve tried uninstalling an...

Re: Voicemeeter or Audio problem after WIN10 update

I've tried setting all outputs to the same 'sample-rates'. I would really rather the sample-rates be set at 96,000. I'm in the distortion camp, and tired of this problem popping up over the years. I'm willing to pay real-money. I'm now starting to look at other applications. But there doesn't seem t...

Re: Voicemeeter or Audio problem after WIN10 update

For me, too. VoiceMeeter reinstalling (with OS restart) is no luck. I'm using ASIO/WDM for all devices, and it works as expected mostly, but when I use iTunes, play with distortion. a) play with foobar2000 - ok b) play with foobar2000 and use Google Chrome - ok c) play with foobar2000 and do someth...

Re: Voicemeeter or Audio problem after WIN10 update

For me, i tried reinstalling Voicemeeter. I uninstalled and installed the latest version. But still 'Distorted' if I try to use WDM outputs.
Or do you mean you uninstalled the 'win-update'

Re: Voicemeeter or Audio problem after WIN10 update

I also installed the Win10 2004 update. I was ok after that, although I had been more stable before. (I would get a harmonic sound every random 20mins to 1hour...?). I use Voicemeeter to send audio to two different audio-outputs. Then just recently I had installed the Cumulative 2021-01 Cumulative U...

Re: Problems with GoToMeeting

I'm still having problems using 'Gotomeeting'. It's weird, that goto-meeting is about the only sound-app I'm hearing this garbled audio. But I just figured out that. When having a gotomeeting. I shut-off Voicemeeter. And just set the Audio-out in gotomeeting directly to the audio-speaker device. Of ...

Re: Voicemeeter Atmos / Bitstream Handling

The problem is your having the computer doing the processing. Not the AVR.
Not sure if it is possible with Voicemeeter to let the AVR do the processing. I wondered about this as well.

Is bitstreaming possible with VM? I doubt it.
