Well it was fun while it lasted. Windows 10 forced its 20H2 update and it broke VoiceMeeter. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling every item (VM/VB components & headphones) by themselves (multiple tries) and no matter what the audio sounds like listening to a speaker on the other side of a spinn...

After installing Potato, the same mess is back and the previous settings were all there - it's like uninstalling does not wipe clean the VB-Audio products.

It seems even after fully re-installing, C & D just won't display correctly. I didn't even get to installing Potato back at this point.
I've tried uninstalling and re-installing twice - is there something else to try to ensure these behave right?

A+B stay the same after reboot - would it hurt to let the other ones do the same? Or is that a bug with A+B?

Additionally, the icons for C+D are incorrect.
