Re: Routing via Virtual Cable creates echo
Thanks Andres, but that didn't work unfortunately. ZOOM H1 ASIO seems to have the same problem as ZOOM G3 ASIO driver — Voicemeeter hangs when I try to patch inputs. Also I've noticed that it's not possible to set an ASIO input for a device that doesn't have any output (e.g. IK Multimedia iRig Acous...

Re: Routing via Virtual Cable creates echo
Thanks, sjc-or , this was the right direction for investigation. It turned out, that this is not echo, but audio is "breaking up" because of the buffering settings. For VB-cable buffering WDM value for clear sound turned out to be at least 768! I expected much less latency from VB-cable, s...

Routing via Virtual Cable creates echo
Hi, I have ZOOM H1 for which I want to monitor the input, when I use it with a VOIP app and headphones. This monitoring signal should have much lower level when the output of the VOIP app. I've found this topic where the similar solution for another problem is discussed: https://forum.vb-audio.com/v...

Re: Using Zoom G3 ASIO as main out cause Voicemeeter to freeze
It is indeed likely that there's something wrong with Zoom G3 ASIO drivers, but it works with other software which use ASIO (Cubase, POD Farm, Amplitube)

Re: Using Zoom G3 ASIO as main out cause Voicemeeter to freeze
The testing application (from viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1204) freezes as well, if Zoom G3 ASIO is selected

Re: Google Meet: some people are not heard
you may watch this video (replacing zoom by google meet) talking about all what you need to know to connect a VOIP app to Voicemeeter Banana: https://youtu.be/nIpt3jF0Nds Hello Vincent, The problem is more complicated than "how to set up Voicemeeter for a VOIP app". I've already done this...

Re: Google Meet: some people are not heard
One idea I head that there might be more than one audio channel used in Google Meet, so I've tried mixdown and mono modes for the outputs, but this didn't help

Jabra Evolve 40 sound issue
When I'm using Voicemeeter with a Jabra Evolve 40 MS Stereo headset, I observe a sound quality drop when Jabra is set as an input device. The sound becomes quieter and thinner. The sound is back to normal if any other input device is selected (Realtek microphones or ZOOM G3 in my case).

Re: Using Zoom G3 ASIO as main out cause Voicemeeter to freeze
Just for the record: I couldn't solve the freeze problem, but I have found out instead, that it is possible to get pretty low latency with WDM drivers, even without the exclusive mode. I set WDM buffer to 288 and this results in good balance between latency and stability across all the audio devices...
