Solved! Uninstall Ed RTX Voice, rebooted, installed again, rebooted. Uninstall VB Cable, rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted. Working!

VB Cable won't work, but HiFi cable does
I have a problem: HiFi cable works fine, but VB Cable doesn't work at all - the monitor seems to suggest that it is working, but RTX voice sees nothing - please see attached screen shots.
