Re: Voicemeeter frequency response of virtual outputs
You nailed it! The B1 output was set to 44.1kHz in Windows, while everything else was set to 48kHz. I sometimes really hate Windows. Thanks for educating me, Vincent! -David PS from professional audio equipment I am used to SRCs that do work and have a flat frequency response, I guess I was expectin...

Re: Voicemeeter frequency response of virtual outputs
Good SRC's are flat. To be honest I don't know if the SRC's in Windows are good or not.
But, I had everything at 48kHz, so I don't expect SRC's in the path.

Voicemeeter frequency response of virtual outputs
Hi Vincent, I heard that the high notes seemed a bit attenuated, so I decided to measure the frequency response from Voicemeeter. Using Arta sending PN Pink noise into Virtual input "VAIO", and routing that audio to B1 and using that is Arta input, I notice the following frequency response...

Zoom only partially accepting (voicemeeter) audio?
So, I was able to investigate (with sllim) the issue sllim has with his zoom as per this topic : click and we are now both really amazed why things don't exactly work as expected. Sllim has his voicemeeter setup running perfectly well, either by direct virtual output into zoom, or via a virtual cabl...

Re: No audio through VBAN but chat and ping pass.
On that pc, run command (or better yet, powershell) as admin, and type: netstat -anbp udp It will give you a list of UDP ports that are open, and it will tell you which application it is that has the specific port open. For example, I see: UDP 0.0.0.0:6980 *:* [voicemeeter8.exe] Which tells me voice...

'Listening' to an input is often a windows default.
Disable that on your MB and it should be ok again. It's in the "Sound Control Panel" in windows.

Re: How can use one microphone to remove the background noise taken by another one in real time?
Simply put, you can't. It's not that simple. If amplitude, phase and frequency response are not an exact match, this doesn't work. It's not impossible but takes some hefty processing and special software. There are directional microphones that may work for you. The more expensive the better (rule of...

Re: Searching for Voicemeeter Expertise ?...
UTC+8 is doable for me. Anydesk is easy, download and run (no install needed, I think), provide the ID that is shown for your pc (a number) and when I try to connect: approve. Then I can take control of your PC (screen and mouse) and help you. You can kick me out any moment, if you'd feel the need t...

Re: Macrobuttons to control VBAN
Found it.... makes sense too, just wasn't what I excpected  I tried "vban.instream .on" and "vban.instream .off", but that is not what the manual says. It has to be "vban.instream .on=1" and "vban.instream .on=0", respectively. Reading can be difficul...
