The ES-9 eventually appeared in the ASIO section and everything now works. I think it was because the ES-9 was indeed used by another application, as I hadn't launched its Configurator software this time.

Hello, I am trying to use Matrix to get my two audio interfaces to work together. My main one is a Scarlett 18i20, the other is an Expert Sleepers ES-9 (specialised for Eurorack modular synths).
