That is interesting.
Quick info: I didn't look at the vid.
So VBCable is not showing up at all. What about if you go to the sound control panel itself (not the one in settings)? Does it show up in there as disabled?

Java sound
Hey, just a quick question to try and figure this out.... So a tool called Touch Portal has the capability to play sound. Touch Portal seems to use Java for much of its code base. From the looks of it, if you force Windows to change the audio out on Touch Portal that isn't on the default, the audio ...

Re: Voicemeter Potato Hangs (Hung Process Won't Let Me End It W/O Restart_
Ooo. With my experience, I'd trace what is causing the CPU spike. Unfortunately, I can't tell you cause the methods I try would be far more complex as it progress on "If this doesn't find it, then this. If not that, then this!" etc etc. Next thing you know, I made a 3 page document. To me,...

Re: Voicemeeter cracking sound.
Did do a quick contact on ya but I didn't see anything so I guessed you didn't get it. WDM has less response time after process and utilizes the API that Windows has had since Windows Vista. MME should really at this point be used when WDM isn't working which is older and offers more latency between...

Re: Voicemeeter cracking sound.
Hmm. So just to get this straight, you have 2 sound outputs? Your headset and your soundcard? If so, I think it would be better to make A1 whichever is the stable sound (I guess in this case, your soundcard more than likely) and A2 your headset. Using this pic as an example of my setup... Re: Voicemeeter cracking sound.
It kinda sounds like what sometimes happens for me with Cantibile when the Insert doesn't work correctly. The absolute worst case is normally restarting and see if it works. However, that is normally if it works in most times. On the basic of the video, you're diagnosing the check on OBS, and yes, t...

Re: Unable to set Input to WDM or MME
I'll go out on a limb here for this kind of issue. Since you started from scratch (based on the setup Windows 10 new comment), lets go over a few things: You have installed the sound drivers either from manufacture/OEM (i.e. Gigabyte, HP, etc) or sound maker's site (i.e. Realtek) Your sound settings...

Re: Voicemeter Potato Hangs (Hung Process Won't Let Me End It W/O Restart_
Oh BOY! I love these. Only had it happen for me a few times in the past and its one of two issues: 1. Messing with settings that make it incompatible/unstable (i.e. Running Engine Mode on Swift instead of Normal, WDM Exclusive yes, etc) 2. Hardware you set for A1 is not stable or drivers in any of t...

Re: Macro Button not working while gaming
Is Voicemeeter under Admin privilege? If not, is the game running in admin privilige? If Voicemeeter Macro is non-admin and Game is running admin Game takes all keyboard rights exclusive. -------------- If Voicemeeter Macro is under Admin and Game is running either non-admin or admin Game will still...

Re: Work around for 16000 Hz Support?
I'll add it at the end. Yes, in the doc it does acknowledge exactly what you say and I have my motherboard speakers as A1 for the purposes of keeping it the most stable and not worrying about issues with any other speakers. A2 has the headset Speakers that go through the "Game" channel or ...
