Re: feature request/question Virtual Asio Input to Hardware Out resampling

Well, will ASIO resampling be added at some point in future?

feature request/question Virtual Asio Input to Hardware Out resampling

Is it possible to force virtual input to work in asio mode on whatever requested (by DAW) samplerate and let Voicemeeter resample to samplerate that Hardware out is using? For example if I want to create a project in DAW with 96khz or 192khz samplerate (for more precise pitch changing, effects, etc)...

Process priority question

Are there any benefits from increasing voicemeeter's process priority to above normal, high or even to real time? My PC and audio interface can handle 64 buffer size but I'm not sure if increasing process priority (voicemeeter's and vst host's processes) helps or actually can hurt in some scenarios.

Re: Question about ASIO buffer

Ok. Same thing with the programs that are using patch inserts?

Question about ASIO buffer

Does Voicemeeter with, for example, enabled Virtual Inserts work within one ASIO buffer? If I have an audio device on A1 with buffer size 128 samples and vst host utilizing Virtual Inserts have 128 samples in options too, then do I have latency of 128+128 samples or is it still 128 samples?

Re: Voicemeeter (Potato) suggestions

https://i.imgur.com/LsPFTyh.png Here is how my setup looks like. Sending audio to the virtual cable can interfere with voice chat output and not very convenient overall unlike if there was mono button on virtual inputs. I dont need parametric EQ often but mono button is a must (as I said e.g. bad v...

Re: Voicemeeter (Potato) suggestions

It was your suggestion to use Virtual cable instead any of 3 Virtual Inputs. But I already have it in use. When there was no Voicemeteer Potato, I needed "separate" device/track just for voice apps outputs (TS, discord) and Comp and Gate were available only for hardware inputs, so best log...

Re: Voicemeeter (Potato) suggestions

I already use Virtual Cable for compressing, de-essing, etc output sounds from discord, teamspeak. I thought built-in compressor and gate will be enough but I ended up using vst plugins anyway for better control, and there was no reasons to change anything since.

Voicemeeter (Potato) suggestions

I think all faders/inputs should have same options like tracks in DAW, or at least some options - parametric EQ and mono. For example I use VAIO as main playback device, AUX for music and VAIO 3 for browsers and sometimes I watch badly produced video with audio only in left channel and I dont want t...

Re: Correct usage of "VBVMR_IsParametersDirty" question

Ok. But without "WaitForUpdate()" I get very unreliable results, for example iVMR.VBVMR_GetParameterFloat("recorder.record", &val); was returning (putting in "val" variable) 0 on first program launch and 1 on second (recorder was enabled). Also if I write something ...
