if an application (like itunes, youtube etc...) is using the same audio playback device than Voicemeeter, this application could be stuck because Voicemeeter can take audio device in exclusive access... So please, check your default playback device in your Windows Sound parameters and set Voicemeete...

This timing error given by Focusrite ASIO drivers (an many others driver of USB audio devices by the way) are just impossible to understand today! In 2019, i cannot explain how audio programmers could not manage a 5ms callback timing correctly, just incredible !).

No, it's not really possible, not only because Microsoft Audio parameters are not really stable, but also because there are different conditions to be able to change the audio format of an audio pin (for example it must not be in use). 1- shutdown Voicemeeter
2- delete all rules relaetd to Voicemeeter in firewall
3- restart Voicemeeter and allow network connections, also on public network (additional check box).
