if you record from Voicemeeter vitual Output which is related to BUS B1
you must send audio to this BUS . on your voicemeeter screenshot you have no strip assigned to BUS B1.

assuming you tried to use MME or KS interface with your wireless headphone (tried 1024 sample buffer size too). maybe the problem is simply your wireless device (not enough stable to drive the main audio stream) and you should select a more regular physical device as output A1 instead (like audio de...

REM: if incoming stream = -none- it means your voicemeeter receive nothing. if you receive 1 or several stream , you may right click on stream name field to popup the list of incoming stream (easier to select). for a transmission over internet , thanks to read this topic: https://forum.vb-audio.com/...

ok, and the fact you want to control 2 position Button with a Push button is maybe not as consistent as it could in term of behavior.

i cannot help more without screenshot... you may start by sharing screenshot of Voicemeeter and its system settings dialog box... then the FL Studio Audio settings Dialog box.

after you need to configure and activate a VBAN stream.
IP HOST ADDRESS give IP Address of your computer, just use it on your other computer to send VBAN stream to it.

you don't need to hide your IP-Address on local network
192.168.x.x are local address.
