As a first response we can propose you to use the VM-Streamer View (more configurable and resizable).

you mean "Voicemeeter" crash on startup when your Belkin Thunderbolt docking station is powered ON ?

please install latest Voicemeeter version and let me know...

you may use the HID Universal manager (button config).
(find your Logitech device - select device until finding the one reacting to key pressed)
to interface your Logitech G9 Key directly (by the LEARN button).

this parameter is stored also for the driver, so in registry requiring administrator mode.
simply run Voicemeeter in administrator mode to make this parameter stored in registry.

(same remark if you change it by the related VBCABLE_ControlPanel app).

Only Voicemeeter Potato exist in 64bits version, and it's installed in the same directory... listed in application list.
