yes, right BUS Assignation button are not in the MIDI map.
it's maybe better to use MacroButton and make the assignation function you want,

well, i would say fisrt that you usually do not need to use ASIO4ALL ...

no, the standby mode is normally not existing in the DSP world.

yes, you may select a regular device as output A1 and your bluetooth device as output A2 or A3 to be able to deselect it when you don't use it. you can even create a shortcut for that with Macro Buttons to select or unselect your bluetooth device on output A2 or A3.

yes, HIFI Cable can be used like the VB-CABLE , but you just have to check that input and output are in the same samplerate.
