VB-CABLE is a simple virtual audio cable to connect 2x applications together (a player to a recorder).
Since you have basically 2 capture applications (OBS and ZOOM) you must consider using Voicemeeter Banana.

this is not expected. The installer does not make any difference between windows 10 or higher.

you may try to select another audio interface for output A1 (for example change WDM for MME).

Such System commands are managed by the MacroButton app only. so this must be define in your MacroButton script.
