Windows Volume Mixer Control in Potato
With Voicemeeter Potato, the Audio Applications connected to virtual inputs are displayed with a small volume slider and mute button to control what Microsoft calls Audio Session Volume Control (also represented by Volume Mixer). It seems it does not work well with Windows Media Player: SessionContr...

Re: Voicemeeter and Guitar through Amplitube / iRIG?
to play live with virtual instrument (or physical instrument or microphone) you may first optimize the Voicemeeter Main Stream given by the output A1 . We recommend to select an ASIO driver with 128 to 256 sample buffer size. (if using WDM device, try to find one, running stable with 256 sample buff...

Re: 192000Hz
it's doubling the CPU load surely and the user demand on 192kHZ support is very low.
but i note your demand anyway.

Re: 192000Hz
yes, our Virtual I/O are supporting 192kHz but will work internally in 96 kHz max.
Voicemeeter main stream (output A1) can work in 44.1, 48, 88.2 or 96kHZ but other audio input /output can also support 192 kHz.
for the moment, we limit the internal computation to 96 kHz max.

Re: 5.1 with Virtual Cable?
VB-CABLE is exactly working like a real cable
so yes, it's made for that, it should work.

Re: 5.1 with Virtual Cable?
yes, cable output are limited to 2 channels (Since Vista because there is 8 channels availabe on Windows XP). if you want to manage 5.1 sound, you may connect directly to Voicemeeter Virtual input instead. then Voicemeeter will be able to send it to different 5.1 device (and DAW application connect ...
