Network Mapped Drive not visible in Application

Post by Vincent Burel »

in some cases (e.g. if your application is launched in administrator mode),
Network Mapped Drives could not be listed in MT32-Splite Disk Selector.
(this can happen with right access or when UAC Is enabled for example and more again when running 32bits app on 64 bits O/S).

The solution has been given here by answer.microsoft:
Network mapped drives not available on WIndows 10 TP
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ins ... 178?auth=1

This seems to originally comes from technet.microsoft:
Some Programs Cannot Access Network Locations When UAC Is Enabled

4- Type EnableLinkedConnections, and then press ENTER.

5- Right-click EnableLinkedConnections, and then click Modify.
In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
