No sounds on windows start up

Hi. Apparently FiiO K3 USB DAC can behave this way in Windows 10 since other users report similar issues. See for example this post: http://fiio.me/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=43895

Maybe you could try connectiong it to a different USB port or since FiiO K3 supports dual USB mode, changing from USB Audio Class 1.0 to USB Audio Class 2.0 or vice versa.

Unfortunately none of that has worked either - I wonder if it's possible to delay the k3 initialing. It seems like if voicemeeter is ready 1st it would work since i need to reset the k3?
