Registration issue

I paid for my Voicemeeter Potato a little over a year ago and everything was working fine, but recently it has been asking me for My challenge code and response code. The ones I still have in the email are not working and thats because for some reason the challenge code is different than the one I have in the email. It won't let me change the challenge code of course, so I don't know what to do here. At one time, I received and email from Vincent about it, but I somehow deleted that email and did not want to bother him with the issue once more. Does anyone have a solution on how to fix the issue? It would be a huge help. I'm tired of this thing popping up and telling me to activate something I can't activate. Thanks in advance.
