Disabling Integrated 0 dBfs Limiter in Voicemeeter

Is it possible to switch off the Integrated 0 dBfs Limiter and Peak Remover in standard Voicemeeter? Is there any headroom on the numerical interface here to handle signals above 0 dBfs? I see the meters responding beyond 0dBfs when increasing the slider. I am trying to make measurements of signals through the Voicemeeter interface and it appears that the virtual input limiter is adjusting gains slightly below 0dBfs. Maybe Voicemeeter is the wrong tool to use here (though it works well and seems sufficient for my single input sound card).

no, the integrated limiter (on output BUS) is mandatory to warrant a proper outgoing audio signal (audio device, audio interface and DAC do not support signal above 0dBfs). In other words - you cannot get signal above 0dBfs from a device (a virtual device or a physical device).

But you can get signal above 0dBfs inside Voicemeeter (if using ASIO insert driver or our AUDIO API Callback).
