Hi. You could try to select the desired playback device directly from Winamp. Go to Preferences (Ctrl + P) - Plug-ins - Output and choose the Nullsoft DirectSound Output. Click on Configure and select the desired device (CABLE-A Input).
I don't speak French so excuse me if I don't understand correctly your issue.
