Transferring From Banana to Potato, Restarts Computer?!

I am wanting to up my game and start using Voicemeeter Potato. I backup my Banana Settings and VBAN, downloaded Potato, uninstalled Banana, Installed Pototato, Imported Banana settings and VBAN into Potato, they import and I start to add a 4th hardware output and it resets the whole computer when I add something.
What am I doing wrong? I have a 2 computer setup with my stream and I have banana on the stream computer and was updating to potato on the gaming computer.
If anyone has any ideas to why the computer keeps restarting when I add a hardware out that would be great!
