I have a launchpad that I am using as a midi controller to control various different programs. One of the programs I use is OBS (for streaming to twitch). In that program you can setup keybinds to switch different "Scenes".

My problem is when I use Macrobuttons to send a keypress, it will not trigger the hotkey in OBS unless the window is active. This appears to be an issue with any key press combination. It seems to only send the keypress to the active window instead of sending it as a global key press.

Also, I can map the same button combo on my keyboard and OBS will work switch scenes flawlessly.

it's maybe more a question for OBS.
it seems they do not manage global keyboard shortcut.
