OBS get audio from Voicemeeter VAIO (Output BUS B1)
but 4 other sources too,

so you may check that there is no conflict there, and no redundancy...

Also would it be a good idea to just uninstall everything and start from scratch?

no, re-installation is no required, but re-configuration audio streams from scratch, by validated step, should help surely!

I've read the thread and my audio is fine on my end but it's the streaming end where it's all messed up.

it means you connect first thing, and you check it works ok...
you connect a second thing, and yout check it works ok
and so on...

if you get a problem, you will see on which step it appears, and will understand it and correct it.
