Two bluetooth speakers as stereopair - sync and delay issue

Post by Solmyr »

Hello all,
I'm trying to create a stereopair from two bluetooth speakers - Amazon Echo (2nd gen).
It seems to be working, at least I can hear left and right channels in my Echoes separately.

But here is the problem. After a few seconds sound becomes unsynchronized, meaning that one speaker playing with a little delay from another. It's always different time before it happens, can be 2s, can be 5s, and delay is also different each time. It's not that bad, but it makes it absolutely impossible to watch a movie or listen to music.

Could you please let me know, is that possible to fix it via any kind of setup, or is it a hardware issue (bluetooth latency, etc.)?

Thank you in advance!

If they don't alternate the delay time all the time, you can add a delay to an output. See last picture "monitor synchro delay". There you can add an value in ms and sync the two speakers.
