Hi all.
This is probably very much a newbie stuff-up, apologies in advance.
My needs of the application are simple I just want to control the relative level of my guitar (via instrument input on a Presonus Audio Box Go and a Neural DSP plugin) and backing tracks played on a media player. All this on a Windows 11 Laptop. I have the backing tracks playing back fine through the Virtual Input, with expected control of the volume with the slider. I have the WDE Line AudioBox Go selected in Hardware Input 1. I can hear the guitar tone with the effects of the plugin on the output, but I cannot adjust the level with the sliders. Move the slider up and down and the level indicators go up and down, but nothing happens to actual volume level.
Appreciate some help. Here are some pics of the interface and settings for voicemeeter, Windows Audio and a Neural DSP Plugin. Please let me know if I can provide anything further to assist. Cheers. Allan

according your Voicemeeter system settings dialog box you are using your ASIO device (selected for output A1) with WDM interface on hardware input #1 , this is a source of conflict. You may use ASIO PATCH option as explained in this video: https://youtu.be/35N8hkOy8h4

Hi @Vincent Burel
Thanks for dropping in on this thread.
I have followed the video and I think I am getting close but still the fader does not change the actual volume level of the guitar input. The leds go up and down as the fader is adjusted but there is no change in the level in my headphones/speakers. Here are the new settings after seeing the video you posted. Can you see anything I am still getting wrong?
Appreciate your advice.
Cheers, Allan

Is the "Mix" knob on the AudioBox turned fully clock-wise?
If not, it will route some audio directly from its inputs to its outputs.
