One thing I've noticed, both in the screenshot and in the message text from @LoneStar and @JBDLink, is that the path is enclosed in curved double quotes ( “” ), while I think they should be straight (common) double quotes ( "" ). Anyone facing load problems should check for that and fix as needed.
