Voicemeeter appearing twice in Task Manager

Hello,
I've come across a strange issue I've not seen on the forums.
I've got two user profiles on my Windows 10 PC, both use Voicemeeter Banana.
I noticed a lot of distortion and crackling that randomly happens on boot, and at the time the only fix was to restart (I went through everyone else's solutions of fixing stuttering/distortion from other threads first)
Then I noticed that there's two versions of Voicemeeter in the task manager when distortion occurs, ending one fixes it instantly.
Any ideas why two would be launching? Is it to do with another user being logged in on boot?
