Synchronizing Bluetooth and HDMI audio output with video content

I’m trying to watch films with a hearing-impaired person. I’m using a Windows box that sends video and audio to the movie screen (and speakers) over HDMI and am using virtual audio cable plus audio repeater to duplicate the audio via Bluetooth to a hearing aid. The audio between the speakers and the hearing aid is slightly out of sync, presumably due to Bluetooth latency. What’s the best way to sync the Bluetooth audio with the HDMI audio? And will doing so cause both audio streams to get out of sync with the video?

you may use Voicemeeter Banana instead, more dedicated to manage several audio device.

Voicemeeter also offers "Monitoring delay" option to synchronize different output devices (in its system settings dialog box).

Thanks, Voicemeeter with monitoring delay did the trick.

One follow-up question -- this isn't really a Voicemeeter issue but wondering if anyone here has ideas. When the hearing aids are tapped or removed, the video stops playing. Is there any way to configure Windows or Voicemeeter so that "actions" on one of the output devices do not get reflected back to the player?
