I've gone through this a few times now.
New Win-10 install, on new computer build
Motherboard has audio working before.
I have Voicemeeter Potato licensed and installed.
The user doing the install is the only user on the system.
I have gone through all the steps listed here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=688
The install seems to work, but the drivers aren't working properly, I've included the output from the device checker below:

Problem is solved.
Turned out to be an issue with Remote Desktop. I am setting this computer up remotely, and for whatever reason, Voicemeeter can't work in a Remote Desktop environment.
When I tested locally, everything looked fine.
