Cannot install VB Cables A&B Win 11 in VM

I am using new MacBook Pro with M2 chip. I am trying to install V-B Cables A and B on Windows 11 virtual machine in Parallels. When attempting to install the cables, I get the following error:

LOADDRV: the specified driver is not a better match
Be sure to run this program in Administrator mode (right click on Setup Program to do 50].

I am installing the cables as Administrator.

After I install the cables, they appear in Device Manager>Sound, video and game controllers but not under Audio inputs and outputs. Once I restart the VM, they disappear under Sound, video and game controllers but two new unknown devices show up under Other devices. Those unknown devices do not any information when I click on Properties. When I run VB Device Check, it indicates not cables are installed.

Any suggestions as to how to install the cables are greatly appreciated. Screenshots depicting the above can be provided separately if they would be helpful.
