VB cable 7.1 problem Win10

Nice to meet you. While waiting for email approval, I've looked up a lot to see if there are cases like mine in the VB Forum, and I couldn't find a solution, so I'm posting a question like this.
I'm not sure if this is a single issue when using VBcable, a problem with Windows 10 itself, or a problem with my computer.
Problem: Even if i try to use virtual 7.1 while using VBcable, all surroundings are silent except for L and R. (Window Sound Control 7.1ch Test)
Of course, it doesn't work on multiple content as well as testing. I think it's right to be divided into 7 channels. Because when I watch content like Netflix, I can't hear the actor's lines at all. That's the center sound.
But the problem doesn't seem to signal to that channel. So it's silent.
I set it as a device that I listen to through listening to the device on the Recording tab, and the sample rate is all the same.
In addition, I tried both VBhifi + asio and VBcable + Repeater, but all surround channels except L and R are silent.
I formatted the computer many times and tried it on other computers. What was interesting was that some computers worked well and some computers didn't work the same way as mine.
Currently, my headphones connect using topping dac, but it didn't work when I connected it to my computer at 3.5. In addition, when testing on other computers, it worked with or without dac.
Does anyone know about this problem?
