Advice on chosing Clock Source

I am using ASIO64A with the MOTU Audio ASIO and also VASIO128.
At the moment I have selected Sync by Internal Clock.
Is there any reason why I should change the Master Clock to be the MOTU Audio ASIO?

because it's usually better to use your physical ASIO device as Master to reduce latency and to have a strong synchro between your Virtual ASIO driver and your physical ASIO device.
Internal synchro is made for users without physical device for example or without a physical device running in the wanted samplerate (by DAW connected to VASIO for example). Master clock or master device is giving the main samplerate (and buffer size) used by our Virtual ASIO drivers.
