Voicemeeter Banana sometimes gives out a strange announcement "PC Mode" (or that's what I think it says).

At first I thought it was a kind of nag, but I've bought a licence. It seems that one of the two hardware outputs - an external amplifier (USB 2 Device) cuts out from time to time. Then I have to reset it on Channel A2. I don't quite understand why.

And the PC Mode announcement gets a bit tiresome, although I now realise it was to alert me to the hardware going astray.

I'd like to fix it but I'm not a tecchie.

There is no watermark in our applications.
no generated sound.

OH?! OK, where do you think it comes from then?

this is surely coming from extra application or services:
An audio application or game, or a audio driver/board (special fx, soundboard control panel, audio enhancer, virtual audio fx)...

Thanks Vincent. Yes, it was my nobsound amplifier. Apologies for the wild goose chase but it is fixed now.
