Hi there,
when I bought it I thought I could simply use it as long as my PC exists. But this evening I started my PC and wanted to listen to Music and ... that super-duper Potato has forgotten the activation code.
So what can I do to make it work again ?
Btw. does this thing run without internet ? As I have not updated it again, I am wondering how it is possible that it lost this code ! Remote or timer ?
Someone else too ?

Its running again after I used 1 of my 2 activation codes. 1 left, hope I do not need it again

Hello,
We have recently changed our license activation code system (now the challenge code is starting by 'G' and the response code is 10 digit instead of 8). So you have to use your REGEN to activate your license again.
a REGEN has been offered to all End User Account for that purpose - that's why maybe you had 2x REGEN in your account.
