problem with 24bit output

Hi all
I was having some problems to make output 24bit and I am not sure what am I missing.

I tried with MME output and WDM output it still says 16.
I see that Inputs are 24 however whatever I set in outputs they are always 16bit.

Do you guys know what could be the problem?

I am using windows 10 x64.

yes, things are not clear there.
with WDM output device, connected in exlusive mode, audio driver often refuses the 24bits format (at least we never saw it accepting 24bits format directly in fact).
...it will openned in 24bits only if you force your audio device in Share mode (uncheck exclusive mode)... then you will see 24 bits on the Voicemeeter System Setting Dialog Box... but this 24bit will be sent to Windows kMixer and i don't know if this kMixer will finally deliver signal in 24 bit to the device... using MME will open in 24bits normally since it uses kMixer anyway (with the same doubt behind)...

At the end, to be sure to have 24bits sent to your audio device, we recommend to use ASIO driver if applicable...

I tried using WDM with uncheck exclusive mode (for realtek digital output device) but VoiceMeter still says 16bit.

REM: Voicemeeter negociates format in 16bit...
Only Voicemeeter BANANA negociates format in 24bit.

Well, ok, i will check again the format negociation in Voicemeeter,
BTW: i don't remember if MME is negociating format in 24bits ... should try WDM or KS only.

Ok I tried using WDM for all (input and output devices) and I unchecked WDM exclusive as you suggested.
It's still r16 for output.

I tried using another computer. With windows 7, but sound card is still realtek.
Same thing happens.
