Do I need VAC with Voicemeeter Banana?

I use OBS to livestream a church service to YouTube on a Win 7 computer. In addition, I have a vid card that has another HDMI port that is connected to a second monitor. I want to be able to have audio for OBS and for the second monitor. I plan to install VMB to do this, but do I also need VAC?
