Apologies if I ask things that should be obvious or are elsewhere discussed. I looked at most of the active topics, but nothing answered my question.
I have the Following setup and I can't seem to get things to work properly. Whatever I do 1 virtual channel seems to be unavailable. Vincent has given me instructions on de-installation and I intend to follow them precisely, but I've been down that road before and it didn't work, so I got to wondering if I am installing things in the wrong order?
Setup I want to achieve:
Samson Microphone -input-> NoiseBlocker NoiseGate -output through VAC A-> VoiceMeeter Banana
Spotify -input-> Voicemeeter Banana (I was using VAC B before)
VOIP(Discord) -input-> Voicemeeter Banana (Voicemeeter AUX)
Desktop -input->Voicemeeter Banana (Voicemeeter VAIO)
Alerts and specific programs -input VAC Basic-> Voicemeeter Banana
However I can't get this working.
When I install the VAC's first and Voicemeeter later, one of the VAC's won't work.
When I install Voicemeeter first and then the VAC's usually Voicemeeter's AUX won't work.
Please help me with your insights. Thanks.

Edit 1:
I removed everything from my system according to these steps:
1. I uninstalled voicemeeter banana.
2. I uninstalled each VB-audio cable (Basic, A and B)
3. I rebooted.
4. I cleaned the registry through regedit to be sure.
5. I ran CCleaner to clean the registry again to be sure.
6. I rebooted.
7. I installed voicemeeter banana.
8. I rebooted.
9. I installed VBCABLE_Driver_pack43
10. I rebooted.
11. I installed VBCable_A_Driver_pack43
12. I rebooted.
13. I installed VBCable_B_Driver_pack43
14. I rebooted.
After I did all this everything seemed to be installed properly.
So I proceeded setup for Voicemeeter Banana, NoiseBlocker, Spotify, Discord and Streamlabs.
Windows Sounds
1. In Sound -> Playback -> I set VoiceMeeter input as default device (both Default and Default communication)
2. In sound -> Recording -> I set Cable Output as Default Device (both Default and Default communication)
NoiseBlocker
3. In NoiseBlocker -> I set Input Samson Meteor Microphone -> Output Cable Input
In Voicemeeter Banana
4. In the First vertical Channel I setup the Microphone by setting it to -> Cable Output.
5. I redirect Microphone to B2
6. I set A1 -> to Realtek Digital Output (My headphones)
7. In the Second vertical Channel I setup Spotify -> Cable-A Output
Windows Sounds
8. I've set Spotify Default Output -> Cable-A
9. I've set Chatty & Streamlabs Default Output -> Cable-B
In Voicemeeter Banana
10. In the 3rd Vertical Channel I setup Alerts -> Cable-B Output
In Discord
11. I setup INPUT -> VoiceMeeter Aux Output
12. I setup OUTPUT -> VoiceMeeter Aux Input

SO FAR SO GOOD!
In Streamlabs
13. I open the AUDIO tab and I disable ALL except Mic/Aux Device 1 & 2.
14. I set Mic/Aux Device 1 -> VoiceMeeter Output
15. I set Mic/Aux Device 2 -> VoiceMeeter Aux Output
In Voicemeeter Banana
16. I Direct SPotify, ALerts & Desktop (Voicemeeter VAIO) to B1
17. I Direct Microphone to B2.
Now everything SHOULD be setup and work.
However... in Streamlabs I get NO signal from B1.
Streamlabs receives B2 loud and clear though.
In this picture you can see all signals active and setup in Voicemeeter banana, yet nothing coming in on Streamlabs.
So what am I doing wrong here?
