Potato bug report: "disappearing" patch inserts

Win 10 Pro 1803, VMP 3.0.0.7, System Tray Run At Startup ON

When the PC is restarted, VMP starts in its last used configuration EXCEPT that In8Left and In8Right patch inserts are not activated. I manually activate them and all is fine until the next system restart. The other patch inserts I use come up in the correct state.

I have not exhaustively tested this, checked other patch inserts, etc. However this is consistent and repeatable behavior for me.

I've attached a screen shot of what my normal patch insert configuration is.
