USB Microphone problem

Hello,
I bought a new usb microphone (Novox NC-1) 2 months ago and I discovered a big problem with my VB Audio Cable.
After like 2 to 5 days Voicemeeter starts to not give sound and the thing that helps to solved was reinstall VB drives, but after like a month of doing this it's start to be harder and I have to reinstall this like 3 times to finally starts works fine (Win 10 64 bit version 1803).
I totally don't understand why it's happening, so I came here for tips.

Those are the results of differents reinstalls. Also I set everything to 44100 Hz.

Please, help me with this.

Audio stack is completely unstable on windows, and Windows update driver re-installation can solve or produce problem (because audio driver installation is bugged).
