Hello,
I've been using VoiceMeeter for a few years but recently had to reinstall Windows and reconfigure things. I've got the same audio devices and setup and I've set all audio devices to 4800Hz and reasonable latency (most are default).
I'm still getting warnings/red display in Potato for VAIO, AUX, and VAIO 3. Everything seems to be setup correctly, but I'm concerned. What setting am I missing? Should I reinstall? Images and settings below.
Any help is appreciated!
VAIO, AUX, and VAIO 3 all showing red
Re: VAIO, AUX, and VAIO 3 all showing red
I literally figured it out 3 minutes after posting this.
My Creative SBZ ASIO latency was too high (or so VoiceMeeter thinks). I clicked on it and latency was set to 50 ms or a buffer of 2400.
I set it to 10ms or a buffer of 480 and the VAIO, AUX, and VAIO 3 warnings went away.

yes, if the main stream buffer is too big (2048 is really a max) then there is a risk for Virtual Input to not work correctly.
the recommended buffer size for the main stream (output A1) is around 256 or 512 samples.
