Re: 5.1 never ending story
ok you are right... I figured I have to set my receiver to stereo and thats it. That leads me to my very last question: When I have VM turned off and output directly to my receiver, the receiver will automatically detect the incoming source material and puts itself into the according mode. I tested...

Dirac using Voicemeeter in manual :)
Hi Vincent, Did you see the following: https://live.dirac.com/content/uploads/2020/07/windowsmultichanneltutorial.pdf Dirac is showing an example how to setup room correction for Windows system wide. They use Voicemeeter with Element VST to do that (the same setup I have :)). Just FYI :) Regards, Al...

Re: VB-Audio Cable on Windows Server 2016?
The Installation is done via remotedesktop. RDP redirects all audio to the client machine by default and so it messes up the audio re-routing. Always sit directly in front of the machine or use remote programs like Splashtop which do not touch the audio path. If I connect through Splashtop to my PC...

Re: Can a lightweight VST function exist within the Voicemeeter?
A lightweight VST functrion inside Voicemeeter would be great indeed!
I'm using Element LT as an VST host, did you try that one? I also tried Cantabile, but found it more difficult to configure and not as lightweight as Element LT.

Re: ASIO output into Voicemeeter
Hi Vincent, Thanks for that, I have seen that part but still doesn't get to me. Maybe I'm over thinking it: I just would like to have 8 channels of ASIO:Creative to WDM:Dirac so Voicemeeter can do the volume. If I select ASIO:Creative on the A1 bus, I can route the channels to A1/A2/A3 inputs or the...

ASIO output into Voicemeeter
Hi Vincent (and others), I have the following situation in my PC: - Creative Audigy ZS 2 - ASUS Essence stx II 7.1 I use the Digital-In of the Audigy to receive an AC3/DTS stream from an external device. The Creative drivers/card then decode that stream to 6 channels and sends it to its three analog...
