For the record you can use Driver Store Explorer to remove the drivers that remain after uninstall instead of the command line:

Probably would be best if the uninstaller could remove them too.

Have you tried removing your Realtek drivers completely and letting Windows install its generic HD audio drivers instead? Those work great...

It's a Windows setting, turn off "Listen to this device" in the cound control panel
