I'm having an issue where i'll set the audio output of an app ( through windows sound settings) to Aux VAIO or something else. When I close the app and reopen it it will have changed back to the default out put. This is for every application.

It's with every application unless it's an app with audio settings like, Zoom or Discord.

It says audio is being received on the mobile, but I can't hear anything.

When I route an applications audio to one of the virtual outputs, it switches between the default audio out on windows and back to my selected out. Someone please help. Thank You.
