Re: Virtualizing two Hardware AIs as One to an Application
I think maybe you should probably just ignore my request. It is basically a request for someone to write something equivalent to Apple's Core Audio support that lets you aggregate more than one hardware interface on different physical ports into one (or more?) logical devices to expose to applicatio...

Re: Right App for Audio Mux to ASIO Monitors
Hi Vincent, Thanks for the reply. It looks like ASIO Bridge does what I need. In particular, it gets around the Yamaha Steinberg USB ASIO driver limitation of having only a stereo WDM when their product supports 8 in/8 outs - which is what I needed a solution for. If you try to have ASIO Bridge and ...

Virtualizing two Hardware AIs as One to an Application
So basically I'm trying to mutiplex two inputs to one UR824 hardware audio interface in multi-channel mode. Currently: - Protools on UR824 ASIO Interface running 8 In x 8 Out - 44.1K-192K/24 - 8x8 - Everything else on Windows that is running through the UR-824 WASAPI interface that is limited to 48K...

Re: Right App for Audio Mux to ASIO Monitors
OK so I'm back. JRiver and Pro Tools both want to own the ASIO Interface.

Re: Right App for Audio Mux to ASIO Monitors
I guess I'm finding out that JRiver will talk to ASIO directly and it provides a WDM interface, so I probably don't need anything between it and the ASIO driver to implement what I showed in the "top line" of my flow. And it appears it can 'co-exist' with Pro Tools if you do the installati...

Right App for Audio Mux to ASIO Monitors
Hi, I'm sorry to ask this, but after trying to look through videos and other documentation, I'm still unsure about whether one of your products will do what I'm trying to do so.... So I have a Steinberg UR824 audio interface (AI) to a 2.0 monitoring setup. Running Pro Tools (not Ultimate yet) on Win...
