I know that the documentation probably needs to catch up. I see a Preset list over to the right with a bunch of empty presets. I'm not sure how to apply and manage patches. Can someone summarize?

In non-Mackie mode you may need to program the buttons as notes using the iControls map software.

Ah, at long last I think I found the problem. I use McAfee Firewall which I turned off. Normally when installing McAfee firewall, it disables Windows Defender Firewall. Rats, it was working a while ago and I reboot and now it is not working. I still have updates disabled so not sure what is going on.

OK, back now Feature Update to Windows 10, version 21H2

No but my computer did this Windows update this morning and everything started working again.
