Re: voicemeeter does not auto start
I had tried the method you have described, and did so over and over futily. Banana would not act on the settings (although the check marks would still be there). So that's why I decided to try admin permissions and (but with no effect) compatibility mode. I agree that admin mode should not be needed...

Re: voicemeeter does not auto start
I seem to have fixed the problem.
Both or the executable on my C:\ drive and the shortcut to it on my Desktop, I have gone into Properties and made settings to run Banana as an administrator.

VM Streamer View is no longer displaying
VM Streamer View was working well for me, but not it no longer displays. The icon shows up in my tray, but the program itself just won't display anymore.
Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Re: voicemeeter does not auto start
I have the same problem, consistently in using VoiceMeeter Banana for several months. In Menu, I have both "Run on Windows Startup" and "System Tray" checked. When Windows is booted VoiceMeeter (Banana in my case) does not load. After loading it manually it does not appear in the...

Re: Making Voicemeeter automatically detect headphones
I'd like to bump the above post up, since there hasn't been a reply. Might the above method be a solution for VM to automatically detect headphones?

Re: Any experience feeding VM's B1 output to TotalRecorder?
To finish out this topic, for anyone interested in using TotalRecorder with VoiceMeeter, here is the solution I found. It works quite well. I have used TR for years and like its simple, clean interface for recording (the displays are quite small) while I am on calls or zoom. The 'View' menu allows s...

Re: Making Voicemeeter automatically detect headphones
It seems there must be a way around the problem that Vincent has described above, because plug and play is so fundamental to the philosophy of Microsoft in the Windows platform. So at risk of retreading something Vincent has already delved into in his efforts on this (and which may not work as I thi...

Re: Major dropout in simple Banana setup
Ah, I see. Thanks. The auto restart feature is only mentioned in the Banana User Manual but not described. On p.28 it may be good to add to the mention of it there that it repeats every 5 seconds and causes a cutout and that it displays the "R" when active. I was trying to find a way aroun...

Major dropout in simple Banana setup
I had streaming audio (from VLC or a browser) running fine, but now I am getting major dropout, as shown in the first attachment. One second or so every five or ten seconds. This is with no mic input and no output other than my headset. I have tried running everything at 24x48000, 24x41400 and 16x41...
