Re: VBAN Receptor for iOS can not acquire network permission
I just found that it is possible to trigger that dialog reliably by doing a DNS request. A DNS request to any domain will work. I am willing to help you beta test your app and provide any info to help you diagnose the problem. I have been not able to use VBAN for a long while since I replaced my mob...

Re: [Bug report] VBAN Receptor for iOS can not acquire network permission
Here is an example screenshot of network permission acquisition on China models, just in case I didn't explain it well:

VBAN Receptor for iOS can not acquire network permission
I tried VBAN Receptor on my iPhone (which is a China model). It can not receive any network packets, therefore can not play any stream. I noticed that the app did not ask me for "WLAN & Cellular" permission. For legal compliance, apps running on iPhone of China model need to ask for th...

That's cool!
Since the API is easy, I will try to proceed with this feature on my own during holidays.
Thank you for your detailed answers!

Re: [Feature request] Downmix using HRTF (aka. virtual surround for headphones)
Thank you for your reply! I currently use a commercial HRTF software (Razer Surround) and chain it through Voicemeeter to achieve the same result (but with huge latency). I have briefly read the Voicemeeter API documentation PDF and understood that there are 3 places where I can insert filters. I th...

VBAN Receptor not receiving packets on certain models of iPhone
I installed the app on 2 iPhones. The first iPhone successfully connects to my PC, the second one does not show RCV indicator. I pinged from both side and made sure the network is reachable. (Sometimes iPhone does not respond to ARP packets which can be fixed by a bidirectional ping.) However the RC...

Re: [Feature request] Downmix using HRTF (aka. virtual surround for headphones)
I apologize for bumping this old thread, for the fear that it may be ignored if dropped to Page 2.
I understand it's hard to add new features, but I would like to request a comment on this topic.
Will it be rejected? Or accepted but delayed after other prioritized things?
Thank you.

[Feature request] Downmix using HRTF (aka. virtual surround for headphones)
Hi, I enjoy my purchase and use of Voicemeeter. The downmix feature is useful when I want to preview materials composed in 7.1 format. However I wish we could use HRTF to downmix 7.1 to stereo (aka. virtual surround for headphones). The principle of HRTF is that, our ear canal is a filter that has d...
