Very interested in these "hacked" realtek drivers that a) seem to work b) provide dolby live and DTS Etc.

So, I gets home and I tried to do the exact same thing on my Voicemeter, but when I choose the keys and the output, it gives me a flashing 'Select Main Output Device" ... So, why does it work on one machine, but not on another, with the exact same command in the macro? This could your problem ...

The important thing is that buffer size must be 256 or 512 or 1024. WDM Default in VM is 512... so leaving at that... And you need in windows sound prefs enable exclusive mode and both option in the exclusive area need enable in realtek spdif output. maybe you need reboot, because another program t...

I can now rund WDM with correct buffer size (was previously stuck at 1056 as the lowest it would go, even if set at 512) and crystal clear sound. .... So firstly, as my first post - just want to say how damn fine this software is and love Potato, fixed a lot of my requirements - so the locking up and requiring a restart as I outline below, sure it happens - but meh I can deal with that in reality now that I know thats what causing the lockups etc....
