mt 64 vban 8 channel stream not working

mt 64 vban 8 channel stream not working
i got it once to work or twice but i cant seem to make it recognize it, it only recognizes a mt stream that is not enabled, is anything i can do to troubleshoot this or any steps i should take before trying again

ok found a fix but am not sure why, stop both vbans then start the mt64 then voicemeeter, is there a reason why

one of the reason could be due to audio engine not running (on MT32Splite or Voicemeeter)...
