Automatically reconnect glitched sound device?

My Steinberg-UR12 disconnects from PC occasionally for a microsecond, and Voicemeeter doesn't grab it back. It flashes red and I have no idea people can't hear me. Any way to make this device work reliably all the time in voicemeeter? Other apps don't seem to struggle with this issue.
