Hello. Just finished formatting my PC after an un-related issue. After installing VB-Cable and Voicemeter Banana, the CABLE audio device is not properly going into Stereo Mode. Video proof.
Since I could not record it directly, I used a mic with my headphones on, so the stereo effect is not there. However the visual shows that a second sound should be made, and it's not there.

check its default format in the Control Panel / Sound Dialog box
In the properties of the recording (or playback) device , go in advanced tab .
